Reward points are earned every time you visit the salon for a service. Simply make sure to hand the receptionist/stylist your loyalty card each time you visit to reward you for your much valued loyalty. Once 8 stamps are collected receive 20% off your 8th service.
We require 24 hours’ notice of cancellation. More than 3 missed appointments may result in the full service value being taken as a deposit.
Arriving late will limit the time for your treatment or service, thus decreasing its effectiveness and your enjoyment of your experience. If you are late for an appointment, your stylist will complete as much of the treatment or service as possible within the time that remains but you will be charged for the full service.
Consultations at Jeniosa are offered as a complimentary service. Please speak to the reception team to schedule a free 15 minute appointment for any hair, beauty or service which you may require our expert opinion on.
Allergy alert testing
This information applies if you are having any colouration, including highlights, applied to the hair on your head or any other area of your body (eg. eyebrows, eyelashes, etc) this is required anytime up to 48 hours prior to your service, you will be asked to fill out and sign a allergy alert test form.
Text and email confirmation
Technology willing, you will receive a text message and email 48 hrs prior to your booking confirming your appointment, please check with reception that your details are up to date to receive this service and any on going promotions or offers.
